POSITION SUMMARY: Front Desk team members at barre3 Brookfield are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment, while also focusing on client connection and sales. They are asked to foster strong client relationships and ensure the smooth daily operations of the studio. This includes sales responsibilities such as promoting memberships, retail, and class packages. Collaboration with the team is essential to maintain high operational standards, execute special projects, and contribute to a positive and memorable client experience. They also assist the Studio Owner/Director with daily tasks outlined in the barre3 Brookfield Front Desk Protocols & Tasks document for studio cleanliness and maintenance.
HOURS AND AVAILABILITY: All shifts will be scheduled on the same weekly cadence, with team members arriving 30 minutes before their scheduled class and leaving 30 minutes after their last class has finished.
