Your First-Month Target

You’ll be expected to write $50,000+ in Property & Casualty premium in your first month.

(Remote candidates must demonstrate a proven sales track record and be capable of writing $40,000+ in their first month.)

What You’ll Do

• Engage warm and cold leads, uncover client needs, and close policies confidently.
• Provide consultative coverage recommendations to protect clients’ homes, autos, and more.
• Manage follow-ups and renewals with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with a winning team that values accountability, results, and culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience (insurance or similar performance-driven field)
• Texas Property & Casualty License (Required)
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Office Locations

We are hiring for our Duncanville and Grand Prairie offices.
Remote opportunities are available for high-performing, experienced producers who can prove results.
