Job duties to include, Architectural Drafting 2d with Autocad, Site Verification of existing structure (dimension, locations of door, elec panel, etc) with photos of existing interior and exterior, with minimal supervision.

Optional, architectural 3d modeling digitally and able to pick up stamped permit sets and delivered to job site would be a plus.
