We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduler to coordinate daily schedules, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient operations across departments. Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly schedules based on operational needs.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, work assignments, and staff availability to maximize efficiency.
Communicate scheduling updates to employees, clients, vendors, and management in a timely manner.
Monitor schedule changes and quickly resolve conflicts, cancellations, or last-minute requests.
Maintain accurate scheduling records and update relevant systems or databases.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure proper staffing and resource utilization.
Track scheduling metrics and identify opportunities to improve workflow and productivity.
Confirm appointments and follow up on schedule changes when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
Provide administrative support related to scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, dispatch, customer service, or operations coordination preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling or workforce management software.
