We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team. This position offers the flexibility to begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide home-based pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote each child’s developmental progress
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain effective communication with supervising therapists and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License
• Current Article 9 Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
