Belong ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients ages 18 months through 20+ years in home and community settings. You'll implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect and record behavioral data, and support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills across natural environments.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct ABA therapy per client treatment plans; collect accurate session data; communicate progress to supervising BCBA and caregivers; maintain a safe, engaging environment across home and community sites; adapt techniques to each client's age and developmental level.

Requirements:
Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain within 45 days), high school diploma/GED, reliable transportation, ability to travel between client homes/community locations, CPR/First Aid certification, and a passion for working with individuals across the developmental spectrum.
