At Rise Volleyball Academy, we believe in building more than just volleyball players — we build confident, resilient young people who carry what they learn on the court into every other part of their lives. Our culture is rooted in consistency, character, and community, and we're looking for coaches who want to be part of that mission, not just run drills.

We're hiring both regional and local coaches to join our team for the upcoming season. You'll work with a consistent group of athletes at a consistent practice location and time, alongside a team of coaches who collaborate, support one another, and share a common goal: developing well-rounded athletes and people.

• A love for working with kids. You're patient, encouraging, and genuinely enjoy helping young athletes grow.
• Basic volleyball knowledge. You understand the fundamentals of the game and are willing to keep learning and improving your coaching.
• A believer in our culture. You buy into the idea that coaching is about developing character, discipline, and teamwork — not just skill.
• A team player. You're comfortable working closely with other coaches, sharing ideas, and staying aligned on practice plans and player development.

• Lead and support practices at your assigned location on a consistent weekly schedule
• Teach and reinforce core volleyball skills and game fundamentals
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment where athletes feel supported on and off the court
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistency in coaching philosophy and player development
• Model the values of Rise Volleyball Academy — hard work, respect, and growth
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff as needed
