Part-Time Onsite Mechanic Wanted – Pensacola, FL

Reflections Landscaping is looking for a dependable, experienced mechanic to help keep our equipment running at its best. This is a part-time position averaging 1–2 days per week, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a weekend job, retirement income, or a second job.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently in a quiet, peaceful, low-stress environment. Most of the work is performed alone, so the ideal candidate must be self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to manage their own time without supervision.

Equipment You’ll Be Working On:

Stihl, Echo, Maruyama, and other 2-cycle equipment

Chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, edgers

Gas-powered mowers, compactors, pumps, and other small engines

Caterpillar skid steers

Vermeer CTX160 mini skid steer

John Deere 35G excavator

Ford F-250 & F-350 diesel service trucks

General shop equipment and trailers

Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues

Tune-ups and carburetor work

Hydraulic, electrical, and diesel troubleshooting

Oil changes, filters, grease service, and routine inspections

Keep equipment clean, safe, and ready for daily use

Qualifications:

Experience with 2-cycle engine repair is required

Knowledge of diesel equipment is preferred

Must have your own basic hand tools

Valid driver’s license

Dependable, honest, organized, and able to work independently

References are appreciated
