I sell specialty-grade coffee at a farmers’ market in the Neptune Beach area, and I am looking for a reliable, friendly person to help me at the market. The job includes setting up the tent and tables, moving equipment and supplies, selling coffee by the cup and by the bag, and breaking everything down at the end of the market. This position involves heavy lifting, standing for the entire shift, and regularly engaging with customers, so I need someone who is energetic, dependable, comfortable talking to people, and very good with customer service. I will provide full training, and you will initially work alongside me, with the possibility of eventually operating the market independently. Having a reliable car is strongly preferred because you may eventually need to transport and store the tent, tables, coffee, and other market supplies. Having a garage or another safe storage area would also be a major advantage. Ideally, I am looking for someone who lives in Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, or nearby, since living close to the market will make setup and breakdown much more convenient.
