Mill Creek Cattle Company is seeking an experienced cook to join our kitchen team. We are looking for a dependable, professional cook with mid-level to senior-level experience preparing and plating menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow recipes and procedures, maintain quality standards, and perform well during busy service periods.

**Responsibilities:**
• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu items
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
• Work multiple stations as needed, including grill, flat top, fryer, and prep
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean workstation and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness
• Work efficiently during high-volume periods, weekends, and special events
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

**Requirements:**
• 3+ years of restaurant cooking experience preferred
• Experience preparing American cuisine and breakfast menu items
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Must have current Food Handlers Card issued by San Bernardino County
