Broken Bow Brewery, family owned and run for over 13 years, is re-opening after extensive renovations which includes the addition of a kitchen and an expanded tasting room. We are hiring immediately and looking for quality candidates in the following roles:

Bartenders

• Beverage preparation and service, including cocktails and espresso drinks.
• Guest interaction and beverage education
• Bar food ordering support
• Cash handling and tab management
• Maintaining bar cleanliness and organization
• Assisting in creating a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment
• Open/Closing responsibilities.

Busser/Runner

• Clears and resets tables
• Assists with trash, dishes, and restroom upkeep
• Supports overall operational flow and guest experience
• Transport dirty dishes to bar or kitchen, respectively 
• Restock service areas when necessary

Guest Experience Role

• Welcome visitors and seat or direct to communal areas 
• Assist guests with the ordering process and overall flow
• Educate guests on beer, food, specials, and offerings
• Assist with any online menu ordering (QR code) issues or questions
• Support table turnover and light dining room maintenance when needed
• Communicates guest issues or operational bottlenecks directly to management or operational liaison
• Supports guest food ordering and flow at the food stand
• Educate customers on membership and rewards program

All roles are part-time (29 hours or less). 6 hour shifts, daytime and night. Weekdays and weekends. Busser/Runner pays $16 an hour plus 15% of all pooled tips. Bartender and Guest Experience role pay $11.30 an hour and 85% of all pooled tips. PTO and other perks, too.
