About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Blade Operator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in fine grading, site preparation, and earthwork projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating motor graders for fine grading, roadwork, and site preparation
• Reading plans, grade stakes, and project specifications
• Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Working closely with foremen and crew members to complete project tasks
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site
• Assisting with general labor duties as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of motor grader (blade) operating experience
• Experience with fine grading, site development, and road construction preferred
• Ability to read plans and understand grade stakes
• Knowledge of grading techniques and safe equipment operation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
