Job Summary:
The Data Processing Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and updating data in company databases and information systems. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases and software systems.
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy before processing.
  • Review documents for errors and make corrections as needed.
  • Process electronic and paper-based forms, applications, invoices, or other business documents.
  • Organize, scan, and electronically file records according to company procedures.
  • Generate reports and assist with data retrieval when requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy goals while following established procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of databases and data management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
