VMAXUSA Lift is looking for motivated independent sales representatives to help promote and sell forklifts, equipment, and related products.
This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity for someone who is comfortable generating leads, speaking with business owners, presenting equipment options, and helping customers move through the sales process.

What you’ll be selling: VMAXUSA forklifts, equipment, and related products backed by company-provided sales materials, pricing support, product information, and U.S.-based parts and warranty support information.

Compensation: Commission only. 10% of final price paid by customer. Equipment price ranges from $30,000- $450,000. No salary, hourly pay, draw, or advance. Commission is paid after the customer has paid in full, funds have cleared, and the order has been accepted by the company.

Ideal candidate:
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experienced in sales, equipment, industrial products, material handling, automotive, trucking, construction, agriculture, or B2B outreach
• Comfortable contacting businesses, following up with leads, and presenting product options
• Professional, honest, and reliable when representing the brand
• Able to follow company pricing, quote, and sales process requirements

Responsibilities include:
• Generate leads and identify potential customers
• Present VMAXUSA products professionally
• Submit customer information and purchase orders through company channels
• Use company-approved pricing sheets and sales materials
• Follow all company guidelines for quotes, customer communication, and product representation

Important details:
• This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position
• Contractor controls how, when, and where they perform sales activities
• All orders require final company approval
• Representative may not modify pricing, offer unauthorized warranties, or bind the company to contracts
• Territory may be exclusive or non-exclusive depending on agreement
