We’re looking for someone who has experience with:
• Office administration
• QuickBooks Online
• Payroll coordination
• Basic bookkeeping
• HR and employee onboarding
• Customer service
• Scheduling and project coordination
• Microsoft Office & Google Drive
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, self-motivated, and enjoys creating systems and keeping a business running efficiently. Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.
