Vance J. Elliott Realty is looking for an energetic Social Media Intern to help showcase homes, apartments, behind-the-scenes moments, local businesses, and everything happening in the San Marcos area.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be out filming beautiful properties, creating Reels, taking photos, interviewing local businesses, and helping grow one of the area's most established real estate companies.

What you'll do:
• Create Instagram and Facebook Reels
• Film property tours
• Photograph homes and apartments
• Help with Facebook Ads
• Write engaging social media posts
• Brainstorm creative marketing ideas
• Learn real estate marketing from an experienced broker
