Are you a college student or recent grad passionate about people and talent? OptimarkCX is hiring a part-time HR & Recruiting Specialist to support our growing people operations — fully remote with flexible hours that work around your schedule.

📍 Remote | 🕐 20–30 hrs/week | 💵 Paid

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support full-cycle recruiting: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee records
Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Help coordinate HR programs and internal communications
Research HR best practices and assist with policy documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
People-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
Prior HR or admin experience is a plus — but not required!
