Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to financial advisors and wealth management professionals
• Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand their growth goals and challenges
• Qualify potential opportunities and schedule meetings for the Wealth Navigator team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and prospect interactions
• Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets
• Utilize provided training, and sales processes while developing your communication style
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Represent Wealth Navigator with professionalism and integrity in all prospect interactions

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development is considered an asset
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
• Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment
• Proficient with basic computer applications
• Experience using CRM software is an asset but not required
