Bridging The Gap Educational Staffing Solutions (BTGESS) is seeking caring, reliable, and engaging Educational Nannies to provide academic support and quality childcare for families. Educational Nannies may provide before-school care, after-school care, or flexible care during the day based on family needs.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children.
• Provide homework assistance and academic enrichment activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, and educational development.
• Plan engaging educational activities and learning experiences if requested
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress and needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing demeanor.
• Background clearances required.
