Trailer Maintenance & Yard Inspector

We are a growing transportation company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to help monitor and maintain the condition of our trailer fleet.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect trailers daily to ensure they are safe and road-ready
- Monitor tire PSI and overall tire condition
- Check trailer lights, wiring, and electrical systems
- Inspect brakes and report any issues
- Perform routine trailer inspections and document findings
- Assist with minor repairs and basic maintenance as needed
- Coordinate repairs with management when larger issues are identified
- Help maintain a clean and organized yard area

Requirements:
- Previous experience with trailers, transportation equipment, fleet maintenance, or similar mechanical work preferred
- Basic knowledge of trailer components, tires, lights, and brake systems
- Ability to perform minor repairs using hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license preferred
