Döner Haus is growing fast — and we’re looking for skilled, dependable grill/line cooks who can keep up in our busy, open kitchens.
IMPORTANT — HIGH-HEAT POSITION
You will be working directly next to open gyro machines, grills, and open-flame ovens. For your safety and success, this role requires:
Solid prior experience cooking on grills or open-flame appliances
Tolerance for sustained high-temperature environments
Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Grill and prep proteins and menu items to Döner Haus standards
Keep your station clean, stocked, and running smoothly
Work quickly and efficiently through busy rushes
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
Rotate stock and assist with inventory management
Flag any safety or equipment issues immediately
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older
Experience as a grill/line cook or similar open-flame role
Comfortable working in hot, fast-paced environments
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Available for AM & PM shifts, including weekends
Bilingual — English/Spanish preferred
Calm, focused, and a strong team player
CA Food Handler’s License a plus
