About the Role

As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing responsive web applications using React and TypeScript. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to create seamless user experiences while ensuring application performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

You will be trusted to contribute ideas, take ownership of features, and help shape the frontend architecture of projects used by customers across various industries.

What You'll Be Working On

• Building modern React applications from the ground up.
• Creating reusable UI components and frontend libraries.
• Developing responsive interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrating APIs and handling complex application state management.
• Improving application performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Contributing to frontend architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
• Working on internal platforms, client-facing products, and innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Convert wireframes, mockups, and design specifications into production-ready interfaces.
• Build reusable and maintainable components following modern frontend development standards.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Debug and resolve complex frontend issues.
• Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js.
• Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, Context API, or other state management solutions.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or modern component libraries.
• Understanding of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and deployment processes.
• Experience consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Contributions to personal projects, open-source projects, internships, or freelance work.
