Pro Maintenance Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Concrete Coaters, Epoxy Coating Technicians, and Concrete Polishing Technicians. We provide services throughout Minnesota and across the Midwest and are looking for dependable team members who are ready to work hard and travel.

Position Details

• Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Typical Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (varies based on project needs)
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday; shifts vary based on project needs
• Travel Required: Must be willing to travel throughout local areas and Midwest states, including overnight stays when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Clean driving record preferred
• Experience with concrete coatings, epoxy systems, or polishing is a plus
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed

Responsibilities

• Install epoxy floor coating systems
• Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding and polishing
• Apply concrete coatings and sealers
• Operate coating and polishing equipment
• Maintain quality workmanship and job site safety
• Travel to customer job sites throughout the Midwest
