Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The Appointment Setter plays a critical role in supporting business growth by engaging prospective clients, identifying qualified opportunities, and scheduling appointments for the sales and management teams. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications with prospective clients.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing client needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, consultations, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments within the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to confirm appointments and maximize attendance rates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through professional communication.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide timely updates regarding lead status, appointment outcomes, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales support, call center operations, or lead generation preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
