Pivot Supplements is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Director of Marketing Intern to help lead our growing marketing team and accelerate brand awareness across social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and customer acquisition.

This leadership-focused internship is ideal for a student who wants hands-on experience building a startup brand from the ground up. The Director of Marketing Intern will oversee a team of marketing interns, help coordinate campaigns, track performance metrics, and work directly with company leadership to execute growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of marketing interns
• Coordinate content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Help organize influencer outreach and affiliate partnerships
• Ensure marketing projects are completed on schedule
• Collaborate on branding, website improvements, and promotional initiatives
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with company leadership

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness, or entrepreneurship
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation tools is a plus
