NOW HIRING – SHOP / FARM HAND

Superior Building Company is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop/Farm Hand.

Responsibilities Include:

Bush hogging and mowing

Equipment maintenance and basic repairs

Shop organization and upkeep

Delivering and picking up materials

General farm and property maintenance

Assisting with various projects as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license (required)

Ability to pass a drug screening

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Experience operating tractors and equipment preferred

CDL is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Benefits:

Paid holidays

Vacation after 6 months

90-day probationary period

Pay:

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour
