Custom Dezigns Loc Studio is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Manager & Content Creator to help elevate our online presence and attract new clients.

We are looking for someone who can work in a hybrid role by visiting the salon to capture content and working remotely to edit, schedule, and post content across our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of clients, services, staff, and salon events
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, Facebook posts, and stories
• Edit videos and photos professionally
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Write engaging captions and hashtags
• Monitor engagement and help grow our audience
• Assist with promotional campaigns, classes, special events, and product launches
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and content creation
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation for onsite content days
• Beauty industry experience is a plus

Schedule

• Hybrid Position
• Onsite 1–2 days per week for content creation
• Remote editing and posting throughout the week
• Flexible hours

Compensation

• Starting at $15–$25 per hour based on experience

• Monthly retainer available for the right candidate

We specialize in loc maintenance, loc extensions, micro locs, repairs, and advanced natural hair care services. We are looking for a creative individual who can help showcase our work, tell our story, and help grow our brand through strategic content creation.
