Southern Flames is seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional service to our guests. Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
    ●    Greet guests promptly and professionally.
    ●    Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
    ●    Take accurate food and beverage orders.
    ●    Enter orders into the POS system.
    ●    Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.
    ●    Monitor guest needs throughout their visit.
    ●    Process payments and provide receipts.
    ●    Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
    ●    Complete assigned opening and closing duties.
    ●    Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
    ●    Work as a team with kitchen, bar, and management staff.
    ●    Resolve guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary.
Qualifications
    ●    Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    ●    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    ●    Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
    ●    Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts.
    ●    Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
