This is a full-time position open for immediate hire. As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, we will provide you with training to handle your responsibilities well! The majority of your responsibility will be to answer questions from customers with fantastic and cordial professionalism. We’re looking for team members with a positive perspective to interact with as we complete the goals for the day! Written and verbal communication skills are highly prized, and will help you succeed in coordinating with team members on various tasks and corresponding to customers by email and phone.
