Job Description: Program Coordinator/Life Skills Coach (Part Time)
Spectrum Independence Living is a non-profit organization that is designed to assist young adults with neurodivergent conditions to develop the skills necessary to live independently. SpIndL offers coaching in life skills, employment and social behavior; mentorships; safety checks; and social opportunities. SpIndL Agreements may be for various services which include coaching, assistance in obtaining employment, providing independent living options and assisting with management of the participant’s personal finances and other responsibilities. Position Overview
The SpIndL Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of SpIndL program, with most focus on the Life Skills Coaching program. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing program logistics, and ensuring the successful implementation of program activities. The Program Coordinator will work closely with clients, their sponsors, staff members, and external partners to achieve program goals and maintain high standards of service delivery. This is a key role in the start-up and oversight of SpIndL Programs. This part-time role is expected to require 15-35 hours per week of scheduled office hours that may involve some evening hours.

The role of a SpIndL Program Coordinator typically involves working in an office environment, with occasional opportunities to travel for program-related events. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate various program activities. The physical demands of the job may include handwriting, standing, walking, reaching and occasional need to lift and transfer at least 25 pounds.
