Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic instructors who enjoy working with elementary-aged children. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, can lead engaging activities, and create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on STEAM activities and projects
• Engage and supervise students in a safe and supportive environment
• Follow provided lesson plans and curriculum
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Assist with classroom setup and cleanup
• Communicate professionally with staff and parents when needed

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, camps, childcare, or related fields)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic
• Background in education, STEM, engineering, science, arts, or related fields is a plus
• College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Part-time, weekday afternoons
• Flexible scheduling based on program needs

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
