We’re seeking a Part-Time Client Experience Consultant to join our growing team.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality, style, and creating meaningful interactions with every guest who enters our space.

About the Role

The Client Experience Consultant serves as the face of the brand, creating a welcoming and elevated experience while supporting retail sales, events, and day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a strong sense of personal style, and thrives in environments centered around creativity.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional, and authentic manner
• Support sales across beauty and lifestyle offerings
• Assist guests with product recommendations and personalized shopping experiences
• Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the space
• Support private shopping appointments, workshops, and member events
• Process transactions and assist with inventory management
• Help create a seamless and memorable customer experience from arrival to departure.
• Represent the MARVA ELAINE brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, beauty, hospitality, events, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with point-of-sale systems such as Square is a plus
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events

Compensation

• Part-Time
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week
• $19-$22 per hour based on experience (added bonuses available)
