Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, learning new skills, and working in a fast-paced sales environment.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training to help you succeed in the role and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with sales leads
• Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options
• Provide quotes and assist clients with policy selection
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and documentation
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency system

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• U.s Citizen or Work Permit
• 18+Years Old

Compensation

• Annual income potential: $55,000 – $65,000+
• Overtime pay available
