SKM Industries is a precision aerospace machine shop in Valencia looking for mechanically inclined individuals who want to learn CNC machining and build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Our shop uses modern CNC machines, collaborative robots tending machines, and digital shop travelers and prints on iPads at each workstation.

What You’ll Do

• Deburr and inspect precision machined parts
• Learn blueprint reading and precision measurement
• Assist machinists with setups and tooling
• Learn to operate CNC machines

Ideal Candidate

• Mechanically curious
• Enjoys working with tools and machines
• Detail oriented and reliable
• Wants to learn a skilled trade

Experience with automotive work, mechanical hobbies, fabrication, robotics, or shop work is a plus but not required.
