Orthodontic Assistant

Progressive Orthodontic & TMJ Practice – Lyndhurst, Ohio

We are seeking a talented, friendly, and motivated Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team. We are a patient-focused practice dedicated exclusively to Orthodontics and TMJ Dysfunction Treatment, providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment.

Position Type

• Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take orthodontic records, photographs, and radiographs
• Educate patients regarding treatment and oral hygiene
• Assist with clear aligner therapy, braces, and TMJ treatment protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

Qualifications

• Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Independent thinking and problem-solving skills

Office Hours

• Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
