Latech Apps is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and engage with our audience across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals interested in digital marketing, content creation, and brand growth.

You will help plan, create, and manage content while contributing ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness.

Create and schedule content for social media platforms.

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies.

Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate.

Track content performance and prepare basic reports.

Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas.

Collaborate with team members on marketing campaigns and promotions.

Help maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Strong written communication skills.

Familiarity with major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

Basic understanding of social media marketing principles.

Ability to create engaging content and captions.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience managing personal, academic, volunteer, or business social media accounts.

Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva.

Experience with content scheduling tools.

Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Hands-on experience managing social media for a growing company.
