Brain Health D.C. is a growing chiropractic, functional neurology and brain health practice dedicated to helping patients with complex neurological conditions. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant/Medical Assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for recent graduate interested in healthcare, neuroscience, psychology, pre-med, kinesiology, nursing, chiropractic, or other health professions who is looking for meaningful clinical experience in a patient-centered environment.

Position Details

• Part-Time
• 24–30 hours per week
• Approximately 6 hours per day
• Monday–Thursday
• Located in Carlsbad, CA

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients
• Answer phones, emails, and text communications
• Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
• Assist with patient intake and paperwork
• Support clinical flow and patient experience
• Assist with rehabilitation exercises and therapies (training provided)
• Maintain organization of treatment areas and office systems
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping others
• Prior healthcare experience is a plus but not required
