Crazy Harry’s Steakhouse – Sequim, WA

Crazy Harry’s Steakhouse is seeking an exceptional bartender to join our team.

This is not a typical bartending position. We are looking for a hospitality professional who understands guest engagement, takes pride in craftsmanship, and can help create a memorable experience for every guest who sits at the bar.

Our bar features premium spirits, classic cocktails, an approachable wine program, and guests who appreciate knowledgeable, attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to recipe and presentation standards.
• Engage guests professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist servers with beverage service as needed.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Participate in inventory control and bar organization.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Washington MAST permit required or ability to obtain before employment.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour plus tips.
