Arizona Cruise & Travel is a growing travel agency located in Downtown Gilbert, Arizona. We specialize in cruises, river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, escorted tours, and custom vacation planning for travelers around the world.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being organized, and thrives in a professional office environment.
Position Details
- Location: Downtown Gilbert, AZ
- Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
- Hours: Monday-Friday during standard business hours
- Flexible scheduling within office hours
- Compensation: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience
- Monthly bonus opportunities available after 90 days
- Potential for full-time employment for the right candidate
- This is an in-office position and is not eligible for remote work
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain prospect and client information within our database
- Schedule appointments for agency owners Richard and Kristin
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Take detailed and accurate messages
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional first impression of our company
- Assist with preparation of travel documents for departing clients
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate records and notes
- Provide administrative support for daily office operations
