The Outreach Specialist serves as a community-facing representative of Bold Horizons, LLC, focused on connecting individuals affected by substance use disorders to appropriate treatment and recovery services. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong community partnerships, increasing awareness of services, generating referrals, and ensuring ethical, compliant, and trauma-informed outreach practices.
