Duties:
- Conduct legal research using various resources to support attorneys in case preparation
- Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
- Assist with case management by organizing and maintaining case files and documents
- Attend client meetings to observe and assist attorneys
- Collaborate with attorneys to analyze and summarize legal documents
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials, exhibits, and other relevant documents
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and answering phone calls
Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish-English required
Valid CA Driver's License and ability to drive required
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using legal research tools is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
