MICIL Health Services is seeking a qualified and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) for a Weekend RN Supervisor (Charge Nurse) assignment in Jamestown, North Dakota.

This position is designed for an experienced RN who can provide strong clinical leadership during weekend operations while ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Jamestown, ND 58401 (On-site)

Friday through Sunday (Weekend coverage)
Consistent weekly schedule available

$2,520 – $2,800 per week

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care during weekend shifts
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure smooth unit operations
• Communicate with physicians, providers, and facility leadership
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Maintain continuity and quality of care during weekend coverage

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Prior charge nurse or clinical leadership experience preferred
• Experience in long-term care (LTC) strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a leadership role
