We are seeking a motivated intern to support our finance department, providing exposure to accounting principles and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• AR Assistance: Support accounts receivable, invoice reconciliation, and customer payments.
• Reconciliations & Reporting: Assist with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing.
• Data & Audit Support: Perform data entry, maintain files, help organize documentation for audits, and perform other assorted office duties.
• Projects: Aid with financial research and budgeting tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or similar.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of GAAP, and strong attention to detail.
• Attributes: High confidentiality and professional communication.
