Omni Mortgage is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized in-house Marketing Coordinator to help grow our residential and commercial mortgage business.

This is an in-office position focused on lead generation, social media marketing, direct mail campaigns, CRM management, content creation, and branding.

We are looking for someone who understands modern marketing, social media trends, and how to generate attention online while helping organize and grow our client database.

This is a long-term growth opportunity with a fast-growing mortgage company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Create daily marketing content including posts, graphics, reels, and short videos
• Design postcards, flyers, and promotional materials
• Organize and manage lead databases inside CRM systems
• Help run Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns
• Pull and organize mailing lists for marketing campaigns
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns and track results
• Help improve company branding and online presence
• Edit and post short-form video content
• Request and organize client reviews/testimonials
• Update website content and marketing materials
• Assist with marketing strategy and lead generation campaigns
• Work directly with management on company growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience with social media marketing preferred
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable creating content and editing videos
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing, business, communications, or related background preferred
• Mortgage or real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
