Nassef Engineering & Equipment Company (NEECO) has been a leading environmental engineering firm since 1987 in the Pensacola, FL area. We are currently seeking a permanent, committed, and reliable individual for our firm. This job can be either a full-time or part-time position, depending on what fits you and our company's needs.

The selected individual will report and work directly with the owner of the engineering firm. The selected individual will assist the owner in the maintenance and upkeep of small alternative wastewater systems and have the opportunity to work hand and hand with the owner, learning necessary skills to advance within the company. This job will also require the individual to upkeep the grounds, the physical facility, service the work vehicles and equipment within the company. In addition to the prior listed tasks, this job will require you to maintain the wastewater systems and will require you to go out in the field 6 to 8 days per month, and also work on designs, field equipment, and other odd jobs within and outside of the firm.

The selected individual should have a high school diploma or its equivalent. The individual must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and a reliable vehicle/truck, a working knowledge of maintenance skills, and be required to have the ability to work outside in different seasonal weather conditions. Not required but would be a positive to this position is a knowledge of PVC piping, AUTOCAD, and an elementary knowledge of electrical devices. Other skills desired are excellent organizational skills, good penmanship, and good communication skills.

This position will require periodic reviews with the owner of the firm.  During these reviews, compensation will depend on your initiative and performance. The more you are willing to work hard and take on jobs without direct supervision, the more you will advance within the company and increase your compensation.
