Position Overview

As a Field Marketer, your role is to generate leads and schedule qualified homeowners for free roofing inspections with our sales team. You will work directly in residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners and creating opportunities through face-to-face interaction.

This is a full commission position with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door
• Speak with homeowners about roofing inspections and storm damage assessments
• Generate interest and set qualified appointments
• Track appointments and lead activity
• Attend team trainings and development meetings
• Represent Hynes Construction professionally in the field
