Looking for the Following languages: 

Fuzhounese, Fuzhou, Fukanese, Mandarin, Cantonese interpreter for People with Limited English Proficiency for different social services settings.

• Perform Interpreter duties at the home/domicile or residential setting for people with limited English Proficiency.
• Provide consecutive interpretation between English and Mingdong.
• Listen to complete statements in one language, translate to second, and translate responses from second into first language.
• Express either approximate or exact translation, depending on nature of occasion.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience translating between Mingdong and English

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Fluency in both the Mingdong and English languages.
• Ability to read and write in both languages.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Provide own reliable transportation to and from client site(s).
• Listening skills.

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment.
