Client Service Representative

We are a fast-paced veterinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients and outstanding service for their owners. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive and supportive experience for both clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone
• Answer a high volume of phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Troubleshoot client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication
• Relay information accurately between clients, veterinarians, and technical staff
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Support daily front-desk operations in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy or stressful situations

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable answering phones and handling multiple tasks at once
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate client concerns
• Friendly, compassionate, and client-focused demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with veterinary software is a plus
• Previous customer service experience preferred
