We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to work on our food truck.

Candidate must have prior pizza making experience and able to travel around the Dallas area to various food truck locations. Job is working on a small food truck with limited space, narrow aisle and limited ceiling height.

Responsibilities

• Stretch and top 16" NY Style pizzas
• Manage pizza dough proofing
• Operate pizza ovens to cook pizzas to perfection
• Prepare pizza sauce with specific recipe
• Use professional knife skills to slice and portion ingredients efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station, adhering to food safety protocols at all times
• Support the owner and pizza chef as needed

Requirements

• Prior Pizza making experience
• Ability to stretch pizza dough and make pizza
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to travel throughout the Dallas area and suburbs
• Current Food Hander's Certification
• Previous work on a food truck is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively
• Previous experience in catering, food service, or the food industry is highly desirable
