As Smart Hoops continues to grow and expand into additional areas, we are looking to add another passionate team member to our staff.

We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, professional, and energetic individual to join the Smart Hoops team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and using sports and movement to create positive experiences and build confidence.

We are currently hiring for:
• 1 Coaching Staff Position Available
• Approximately 3 hours per week
• Opportunity for additional hours as programs continue to grow

Responsibilities may include:
• Leading toddler and youth basketball classes
• Assisting with sports-based learning activities
• Supporting skill development, teamwork, and positive behavior
• Creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 2–5
• Setting up and cleaning up equipment at program locations

What we are looking for:
• Positive and reliable attitude
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for youth development, sports, coaching, mentoring, or education
• Ability to be energetic, patient, and engaging with young children

Requirements:
• Flexibility with evenings and/or weekends is essential
• Reliable transportation is required for travel between program locations
• Consistency and professionalism are extremely important when building relationships within children and families
